What is the USBC Local Associations Performance Standards program?
Starting with the 2014-2015 season, USBC National will be working with local associations on a feedback system based on performance standards. The goal of the program is to create a better guide for associations on how best to serve members and where to focus its efforts. The performance standards are designed to ensure USBC members receive a basic level of service across all associations. Local associations will receive feedback based on objective measurable goals in six categories.
