The USBC Coaching Certification program teaches current and aspiring bowling coaches the skills necessary to build a strong coaching career.
RVP (Registered Volunteer Program) background screening approval is required for all coaches prior to taking an online certification course or attending a conference.
In order for Level I coaches to remain active they must be RVP approved, as well as update the center where they coach. This can be done by activating Coaches Association Standard Membership (free of charge.)
Active, certified coaches at the Bronze, Silver or Gold level must earn and report the required number of CEU's and maintain an active status with RVP (Registered Volunteer Program.)
The levels of certification are Level I, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
In addition to our core curriculum, we offer the Fundamentals of Team Coaching as well as a number of the Bronze modules* through our eLearning site.
*Bronze modules are not considered a certification. They are a "head start" prior to attending a Bronze conference or to simply increase your coaching knowledge.
