Bill Tucker
City: Detroit
State: MI
Inducted: 1988

Tucker came to bowling stardom in St. Louis where he was in the shadow of the top stars with the Budweiser and Falstaff teams of the 1950s. In 1958, he won the USBC Open Championships doubles title with Jim Vrenick, then a decade later rolled a 300 game as he and Don Johnson won the Classic Doubles. In 1971, he became the first to roll two 300s on the USBC tournament lanes when he had a perfect game in the Masters. Tucker won the 1961 BPAA All-Star tournament, the first year in which he qualified for the 16-man, round-robin finals.
