USBC members may submit written amendment proposals to USBC general playing rules, adult league and tournament rules and by laws to USBC by September 1 for action by the delegates at the following USBC Annual Meeting.
The USBC board of directors amends the USBC award and youth league and tournament rules, which may be submitted at anytime.
