Sean Rash, 2007 USBC Masters champion, is a product of the United States Bowling Congress. Since starting out as a USBC Youth member, Rash thrashed his way through the rites of USBC passage to culminate in a championship title at a major tournament on the Professional Bowlers Association Tour.

Sean Thomas Rash… Resides in Wichita, Kan…. Grew up in Anchorage, Alaska… Was a three-time Team USA member (2002, '04, '05) and was a Junior Team USA member in 2002 and '03… Bowled at the collegiate level at Wichita State where he was a two-time All-American in 2002 and '03…Won the 2003 U.S. Junior Amateur championship…Won the 2002 Junior Gold Championships in July of 2002, which earned him his 2002 Male Youth National Amateur Champion title and the lead spot on the 2003 Junior Team USA.

2007-08: Rash wins first career major at the USBC Masters

2006-07: In his first full season on the Professional Bowlers Assocation Tour, won two titles, going a perfect 4-0 in his two championship round appearances to bring his record for the season on television to 6-0… Won the 2006 Beltway Classic in Baltimore for his second career title… Three events later, won the 2007 Earl Anthony Medford Classic… Earned a career-high $91,500, which ranked 13th on Tour…Tied for fourth on Tour with 20 cashes in 20 events.

Career highlights:
Won the 2007 USBC Masters, putting him at 7-0 for career TV appearances...Owns three additional PBA Tour titles… Finished seventh in the 2003 USBC Masters, his first PBA/USBC event as an amateur...Became the first bowler in Tour history to win a title after qualifying for an event through the Denny’s PBA Tour Qualifying Round when he won the 2006 West Virginia Championship in his rookie season…

Has competed in 41 Tour events, cashing 34 times and making match play 18 times… Owns four career Denny's PBA Tour titles and one Regional Tour title and $14,140 in career regional earnings… With his recent Masters victory, his total PBA earnings stand at $251,455 as of Nov. 9, 2007.

When he's not competing: Off the lanes, Sean Rash is a USBC Level I coach and since 2004 is a member of the USBC Board of Directors, one of five board members elected by fellow athletes.
