Amazing Bowling Art

Amazing Bowling Art

Art can be inspired by anything, including bowling! Today, we'll take a look at how pins, lanes and bowling balls are used in a different and creative way and how a few folks went on to design some amazing bowling artwork.

John Patten rolled a perfect game just in time to have the opportunity to take the lane home with him. That inspired John's first creation, a table made out of the approach of the same lane he shot 300, and from there he was off to the races. Check out this video to learn more, and see some of John's other artwork here.

Pin Setting is the centerpiece of the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame satellite at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nevada. The piece was created by Eileen Gay, and is surrounded by more than 5,000 years of bowling's rich history.
