Adam Jablonski

Adam JablonskiWhat is your single biggest bowling accomplishment and why?

Looking at my bowling career so far, I would have to say that my biggest accomplishment would be the youth Sport Bowling National High Average Award two years in a row. To be able to perform as well as I did two years in a row is a reflection of the time and effort I put in on the lanes. Knowing that I obtained the highest average in the country sure puts a sense of pride in something that I love to do.

What would you like most to accomplish in your bowling career and why?
The thing I would like to accomplish most on the lanes is still unknown to me. I'm a full-time student at Oakland University (Rochester Hills, Mi), and I have a part-time job, so I'm relatively busy off the lanes; however, these things don't stop me from getting into the bowling center and working on my game. Who knows where life will go for me beyond the lanes. Now that I am in the adult ranks, you can count on me being at local and regional tournaments. Winning one of those tournaments would be a huge accomplishment and maybe just another step in the right direction for my bowling career.

What has helped you the most in getting to the level you are at as a bowler?
I've been in bowling shoes for as long as I can remember, and the successes I have had could not have come without the tremendous amount of support from family and friends. They are the reason I put forth a heavy amount of time in at the lanes trying to better myself. I could not go without mentioning my high school coaches, Richard Krupa and Kerry Kreft; they were the absolute best! Staying focused and determined is easy to do when you know you have some of the best people in the world supporting you!
