Association Tip
Are you ready to get your Registered Volunteer Program rolling?

Enrolling now will give you a chance to get your board members registered and conduct meetings with your center managers before leagues hit the floor this fall. Remember, Aug. 1, 2008, is the date that all USBC associations responsible for youth bowling need to be active in the Registered Volunteer Program.

Here's what to do if your association is ready to join the more than 600 associations already enrolled.

  • Go to the bowl.com home page and click on the “Registered Volunteers” link on the left side, click on the link under “Enroll my association” in the Association Manager’s box and enroll your association.
  • Look for your start-up kit in the mail, including a DVD presentation that explains the program to your centers and youth volunteers.
  • Then simply follow the steps in the start-up kit and you'll be well on your way to implementing this very important safety initiative.
