State Supplements
This section contains the state supplement for each of the 50 states in the continental U.S., in addition to the District of Columbia.
The purpose of the state supplements is to provide ABC, WIBC and YABA associations with a step by step process on what needs to be done, including the necessary forms and applications needed to establish and transition into a USBC merged association or non-merged chartered association.
ABC, WIBC and YABA have committed the necessary human and financial resources to develop these legal documents that outline what needs to be accomplished, making it possible for associations to complete the transition process with minimal, if any, outside legal assistance. Note: The cost of filing the "paperwork" contained within these documents is relatively small, with most state filing fees being well under a $100.
