2006 Unite to Stop Breast Cancer
Bowl for the CureŽ Event in Milwaukee
More than 450 Milwaukee-area bowlers joined the Bowl for the CureŽ Unite to Stop Breast Cancer tournament Feb. 17 to raise $48,000 - one of the highest total in the event's six-year history.
The United States Bowling Congress and the Milwaukee Women's Bowling Association organized the event, with proceeds benefiting the Milwaukee Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
