Matthew Lacy, 17, is a senior at Middleburgh High School in New York. His high game is 256 and his team has taken second place in the league and section. A bowler since age 5, Matthew grew up using 1940s-era pinsetters and ball returns at his local center and reminds today's bowlers that they are "spoiled" by electronic scoring. Matthew is on the Middleburgh Knights varsity boys bowling team.

Felicia Goll, 16, is a junior at Regina High School in Michigan. She and her team, which placed seventh in the state last year, have a great time fund-raising for lineage fees and uniforms by working concessions at University of Michigan football games. She says, "High school bowling is different than regular leagues because Im representing my school and I feel like I have to work harder." Felicia was profiled in the Winter 2005-06 issue of US Youth Bowler magazine. |
