Storm Products is the #1 Brand on PBA Tour
Storm Products is the #1 brand on the 2007-08 PBA Tour. Using his Shift, Storm Staff member Norm Duke capped off a stellar PBA season winning the Denny’s 65th US Open. This season Duke won the Grand Slam, two Majors, and $100,000 the one accomplishment that has eluded him in his illustrious career.
“In a year where professional bowlers chose the Storm brand 50% more often than the next closest competitor, we are excited about the message it sends,” said Steve Kloempken, Marketing Director for Storm Products. “Professional bowlers are choosing Storm and so should you.”
This season alone staff members placed in the top 5 of each of the major tour tournaments, with victories by Norm Duke in both the World Championship and US Open. Other huge Storm accolades this year include the naming of Jason Belmonte as the 2007 World Bowler of the Year while Derek Eoff and Shannon O'Keefe brought home the national amateur champion titles. Storm staffer Liz Johnson is also the reigning US Women’s Open champion too!
Bowlers Journal Ball of the Year
The results are in from the Bowlers Journal International and the Storm T-Road Solid has been voted the top bowling ball for 2007.
"We are so excited to have the Storm T-Road Solid voted the best bowling ball in the market,” said Storm Marketing Director Steve Kloempken. “What makes it so special is that it was the bowlers themselves who voted it #1. Storm is 'the bowler's company,' and we're very proud to have such a great connection with our customers."
The T- Road Solid was chosen for its “user and lane versatility, overall hitting and carry power, and longevity”.
