By entering, participants release USBC, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the filming of any videos or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner's name, city, state and likeness in conjunction with any promotion in connection to USBC without further compensation to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by winners. Other restrictions may apply. In the event a drawing or winner selection is compromised by computer viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor that corrupts the administration, security or proper play of a contest or giveaway, USBC reserves the right to cancel the contest, giveaway or drawing. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect capture of entry information including, but not limited to: malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures of any telephone line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. In the event a contest or giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way electronically or otherwise, the sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of the promotion, cancel any method of entry and select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
