GEICO WATCH & WIN CONTEST RULES
OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

1. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules.
   
   
2. No purchase is necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Must be a legal U. S. citizen at the time of the promotion. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
   
   
3. Employees and immediate family members of employees of GEICO, Killer 'B' Promotions, Inc. (KBP), United States Bowling Congress, Southwest Airlines, José Eber Salons, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their advertising and production agencies (collectively, the “sponsors”) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
   
   
4. There are two ways to watch this promotion. To enter, beginning September 11, watch the USBC Women’s Challenge presented by GEICO on Monday nights at 9:30 pm EDT then visit Bowl.com to answer a simple question based the results of each week’s telecast. Those answering correctly will automatically be entered into the drawing for the Grand Prize. One additional entry will be granted those bowl.com visitors who sign up to receive the USBC e-Bowler. There are five telecasts and a new question will be posted for each telecast.
   
   Contestants may submit one answer for each of the five questions. Those entering more than one answer are subject to disqualification.
   
   Those wishing to enter without accessing Bowl.com may mail a 3” x 5” postcard to GEICO Watch & Win Contest, PO Box 11, Batesville, VA 22924.
   
   Postcards must be received no later than Friday, October 13, 2006 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, or, misdirected postcards. Sponsors reserve the right to use any information submitted by entrants for any purpose whatsoever.
   
   
5. This is a watch and win contest. This promotion runs Monday, September 11, 2006 at 9:30 pm EDT through Friday, October 13 at 11:59 pm EDT. The winner will be announced on Bowl.com on Monday, October 16, 2006.
   
   
6. One (1) winner from each of the four (4) weeks of the GEICO Watch & Win contest will win a USBC duffel bag to be provided by USBC. Those winners, and an additional 100 entries from each week, will then be entered into a drawing for the grand prize.
   
   
7. There will be one (1) prize winner. KBP will provide the following as the Grand Prize:
   
   
   1. Roundtrip transportation for two (2) on Southwest Airlines to Las Vegas.
      
      
   2. Two (2) nights accommodations at Treasure Island. (Incidentals are not included).
      
      
   3. Pampering at the José Eber Las Vegas salon including shampoo, cut, color
      and/or highlights, manicure, pedicure and makeup.
      
      
   4. Two (2) tickets to see the Blue Man Group.
      
      
   5. A $1,000 Shopping Spree at the Fashion Show mall in the form of a Fashion Show Gift Card. The Grand Prize has no cash value. The trip must be scheduled at least one (1) month in advance and must be used on or before August 1, 2007. Exact travel dates are subject to airline and hotel availability. The winner will be notified by e-mail or certified mail no later than Oct. 16, 2006.
      
   
   
8. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
   
   
9. Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state and federal taxes. KBP will report the fair market value of goods or services to the Internal Revenue Service. The winner will receive a 1099 form from KBP.
   
   Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. Winners are responsible for their incidental expenses, including, but not limited to, cost of meals and transportation to and from airports serviced by Southwest Airlines and ground transportation in Las Vegas.
   
   
10. The winner and their guest agree to the use of his/her/their name(s) and likeness(es) in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, the winner acknowledges that KBP and all other sponsors and venues have the right to publicize and broadcast his/her/their name, voice and likeness, the fact that he/she/they won, and all matters incidental thereto.
    
    
11. By entering this promotion, each entrant forever discharges and releases sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion for from or in connection with use or receipt of any prize, however caused.
    
    
12. Driver’s license or other appropriate picture identification is required to claim a prize. The winners will be required to execute and return a release and/or affidavit of eligibility within 10 days of date of notification or such prize will be forfeited. The winner must take possession of his/her prize by August 5, 2007 or such prize will be forfeited.
    
    
13. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by KBP are final and binding.
