Booking information

Individuals attending the USBC Team USA Trials are to call the Reservations Office at (888) 786-7389, and identify themselves as attendees of the USBC event. In order to receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of one (1) night’s room and tax charge is to be received no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the room reservation was made. If the room guarantee of one (1) night’s room and tax charge is not received within the fourteen (14) day grace period, the reservation will be canceled. Sunset Station Hotel & Casino will take reservations for the USBC group until November 12, 2008, after this date the hotel will take reservations on a space available basis and at prevailing hotel rate.

Please be advised that all rates quoted are per room, per night, single or double occupancy.  There is a $15.00 charge required per room for triple occupancy and $30.00 per room for quad occupancy. A $5.45 Hotel Amenity Fee will be added per room, per night. The above room rates are subject to Clark County room tax, currently at 10%. Please note: Room tax is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

The Hotel Amenity Fee will include the following:

• Airport/strip shuttle service (see schedule)
• Newspaper delivered to your room Mondays-Saturdays
• Unlimited use of the exercise room
• Unlimited local phone calls (up to 30 minutes per call)
• Covered parking or valet service
• Line pass for the Feast Buffet (room key must be present)
• Admission to Sunset’s Club Madrid for weekend entertainment (excludes special events)

High speed internet access

All rooms have High Speed Internet access at the rate of $9.99 for a 24-hour period.  

Package handling

All packages and/or freight received at the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino will be assessed the following receiving/handling charges:

Letter size and boxes up to 5 lbs.      $0.00   Each
    6 lbs to 25 lbs             $5.00   Each
    26 lbs to 40 lbs                $15.00 Each
    41 lbs to 60 lbs                $25.00 Each 
    60 lbs to 100 lbs               $30.00 Each
    Oversized Shipments & Pallets       .30 cents to .50 cents per lbs.

Individuals are responsible for own Package Handling fees unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival.

All small packages will be held by our Bell Desk.  The group contact can go to the Bell Desk upon check in, show proper I.D. and have them deliver the packages to the meeting space.  Any packages over 100 lbs. will be delivered to SunsetStation Hotel & Casino Warehouse.  Arrangements for delivery from the Warehouse can be made through the Catering Office.
