Gold Approach is the official monthly online publication of the Junior Gold Program and informs all members about upcoming Gold qualifying tournaments, scholarship opportunities, coaching tips from top bowlers and coaches and much more Gold level information.
Gold Tournaments are published in Gold Approach. For more details on publicizing your Gold Events, see the section on Tournament Support.
Special Junior Gold membership card
Upon completing and returning the application form, each new member will receive a Junior Gold membership card and a special sign-up gift. Payment must be directed to: Junior Gold Program, 5301 S. 76th Street, Greendale, WI 53129. Membership applications must be filled out completely to ensure prompt processing.
Increased Scholarship Opportunities
Gold members can compete in exclusive Gold Events with the chance to win thousands of dollars in scholarships throughout the season, including more than $100,000 at the USBC Junior Gold Championships.
Opportunity to become a member of Junior TEAM USA
A boys and girls Junior TEAM USA is chosen annually at the USBC Junior Gold Championships. Team duties and activities begin Jan. 1 of the following year.
Junior TEAM USA members will have a chance to experience something special. If you make it to Junior TEAM USA, youll enjoy additional benefits including:

Note: Canadian members are eligible to be Junior Gold members, compete in the National Championships and earn scholarships. They are not eligible to be members of Junior TEAM USA.
