Got game? Earn cool new awards for 2005-06
With the start of our first season with our new name, the United States Bowling Congress, USBC Youth awards now have a patriotic look to recognize the accomplishments of our members. That’s in keeping with USBC’s new official role as the national governing body for the sport of bowling. In addition to their red, white and blue color scheme, USBC Youth award emblems now feature standard shapes and sizes, so they’ll be easy to display on a jacket, shirt or bulletin board. But emblems are just part of the new awards story. Additional accomplishment levels have been added to the USBC Youth awards assortment, so now members are eligible to earn even more recognition.
We’ve made other improvements, too. For example, our 100 pins over average game award has been upgraded from an emblem to a watch. Personal achievement awards will recognize the accomplishments of USBC Youth members, based on the average levels in the following chart. Match your average with the scores needed to earn the new average-based awards.
We’ve also expanded the types of high score games and series that are recognized with award rings, watches, plaques or scholarships.
![]() Achievements are recognized with an award once per season. The above awards are free to USBC Youth bowlers, but you have to earn them with your performance in a USBC Youth league or tournament. See the Awards pages of bowl.com to view all of the new award designs that could be yours! |
