Create and Mail Character Postcards

Prepare and send character postcards from the convenience of your computer using NetPost Mailing Online - a service of the United States Post Office. Mailing Online is a printing and mailing service that uses the Internet and traditional mail. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can upload your documents, customize it and mail it.

How does Mailing Online work?
First, you submit documents and mailing lists electronically using Mailing Online. The electronic files are securely transmitted to print sites nearest the recipients address. Then, the documents are printed, addressed, applied with postage, and transported to the post office for processing and delivery.

Visit the Mailing Online site for full details, costs and to set up an account. Then return to this page to download the character postcard file of your choice.

Questions
All questions regarding the use of Mailing Online and its functions must be directed to Mailing Online

All other questions can be directed to the USBC Marketing Department at (800) 514-2695, x3160.
