Registered Volunteer ProgramUSBC created the Registered Volunteer Program (RVP) to assure parents that we provide as safe an environment as possible for USBC youth. The program ensures that any volunteers who work with USBC Youth are qualified to do so, and gives proprietors, coaches and prospective volunteers alike an opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the safety of youth bowlers by either registering in the program themselves or inviting registered volunteers to take part in local USBC Youth activities.

The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for maintaining and improving USBC web properties. Primary responsibilities include development of code using, CSS, JavaScript, HTML and relevant coding standards, application design, resolving production issues if they arise. Must also have some experience with JSON, XML and Adobe Photoshop. Must have excellent communication skills that can be used to effectively communicate technical concepts to business teams both orally and written, Translate business requirements and functional specifications into software and suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and better user experiences. Interact well with others, such as Architects, Testing, Analysts, and Release Managers as a lead member of the development team in order to accomplish the business goal.

Editing and converting Photoshop designs into working HTML, CSS and Javascript code
