ARLINGTON, Texas – Eight talented young bowlers will have the opportunity to make their dreams of representing the United States on the lanes come true after having been chosen by the National Selection Committee to represent Junior Team USA at the 2024 International Bowling Federation World Youth Championships in Incheon, Korea.

Zach Andresen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Jacob Bockstie of Nottingham, Maryland; Brandon Bohn of Jackson, New Jersey, and Braden Mallasch of Waupaca, Wisconsin, will comprise the men’s team while the women’s squad will be represented by Katelyn Abigania of San Diego, Gianna Brandolino of Channahon, Illinois; Jillian Martin of Stow, Ohio, and Annalise OBryant of Ball Ground, Georgia.

The group will be led by Team USA Coach Kelly Kulick, a United States Bowling Congress Hall of Famer who also serves as the head coach of Junior Team USA. She will be assisted by fellow hall of famer Kendra Cameron-Curry, USBC Program Director-High Performance.

The 2024 World Youth Championships will run from July 7-18 and be contested at Incheon’s 32-lane Fiesta Bowling Center.

The official practice sessions are scheduled for Monday, July 9, with tournament play set to begin one day later.

Singles qualifying and match play will take place from July 10-12, doubles preliminary rounds will run from July 12-15, team qualifying and match play will occur on July 15-16 and all phases of mixed team competition will happen on July 17.
